We are proud to welcome Donald Shaw to Scott Partners. Donald completed his tertiary studies at Monash University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). After graduating in 2008, Donald began his professional career at GMK Partners, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute in 2011.
Donald was appointed to the role of Client Director in 2015 not long after GMK Partners joined Deloitte Private. He then went on to practice with Deloitte Private for more than three years before becoming part of the Scott Partners team.
Donald has acquired a wealth of experience which enables him to provide his clients with a broad spectrum of specially customized business advisory services. Some of Don’s specialities include commercial and strategic advice, taxation consulting and compliance, financial and management reporting, estate planning, business and investment structuring and dedicated superannuation services.
Donald has established an excellent rapport with a wide range of different types of clients from family members and private businesses to investors, high net worth individuals and professionals. Donald has built strong personal relationships with each of his clients that are based on trust. Donald also has the gift of understanding the unique needs and situations of his clients and is able to tailor his services to meet those needs.
Donald enjoys unwinding outside of work by kite surfing and sailing. He has also received a pilot’s license and is a recreational pilot.
