Kerry Howell is our Practice Manager at Scott Partners, and her expertise lies in operational systems and process improvement as well as internal development and training. As a small business accountant in Melbourne, having Kerry’s expertise means our clients, staff and community are able to have a better experience with our firm.

Kerry, What Motivates you?

I’m passionate about helping Scott Partners work out the best way to service its clients by utilising and continually improving our systems and processes. Seeing a new system or process tested and then working motivates me.

What is it that you like about working at Scott Partners?

I like the challenges that it brings in making sure we are keeping up with technology and the constant changes to the industry. I also enjoy delivering the best service to our clients that we can.

Can you describe your proudest client moments?

Bringing new clients into the Scott Partners fold, helping them get up-to-date and assisting them with their business in a variety of ways is very satisfying.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy bike riding, spending time with my boys, cooking and Pilates.
